1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Starlight and purchasing any products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this platform or make any purchases.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
All products sold through Starlight are digital goods. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing licensed keys or files is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
3. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been fulfilled and product keys or files have been delivered. Refunds will only be considered at the sole discretion of the store owner, and only in exceptional circumstances where the owner explicitly approves the request. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without prior contact and approval from the store owner will be considered fraudulent and may result in a permanent ban.
4. Order Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, you must open a support ticket through our platform before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. Failure to do so will be treated as a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses the dispute or chargeback process.
5. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Starlight for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform, to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, or to use our products in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starlight and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our services or products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
