For physical orders, we also collect the recipient name, shipping address, and phone number needed to verify, price, and deliver the shipment. We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and delivery details, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, and improve our platform and services.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share only the information needed with trusted providers that operate the platform, including payment processors and, when live shipping is selected, EasyPost and the selected carrier for address verification, rates, labels, delivery, and tracking. Manual shipping addresses remain available to the store for fulfillment. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
Shipping Data Security
Shipping addresses are stored in our database using authenticated encryption. When live rates or labels apply, the address is sent from our server to EasyPost over encrypted HTTPS; manual-only shipping does not send it to EasyPost. Addresses are available only to the customer who owns the order and authorized administrators. Shipping-provider credentials, label links, and internal shipment identifiers are kept server-side.
Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how our platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
